Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sunday 10 am to 3 pm. Rotating schedules for opening and closing shifts. Two days off a week.

Culinary degree preferred.
Three (3) years experience in fine dining restaurants.
Inventory control and proper costing is a must. Maintain food and health standards.

Wines Unlimited | 4221 Bienville St., New Orleans, LA 70119: Looking for a Spirits Specialist Sales Consultant to work the Louisiana market with a focus on New Orleans.The primary purpose is to assist sales staff, maintain key on and off-premise account relationships, late night hours expected on occasion, assist in supplier needs, assist in spirits portfolio selection and scope, assist in route duty as necessary, conduct educational seminars for staff and clients, and general managerial duties as needed.Niche and commodity spirits knowledge, customer service, education, collections, and attention to company paperwork and goals.

You will work on the daily deli sandwich line with some grill tickets. Will participate in catering production and prep. Team player with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills a must. Must be reliable, creative, and have the ability to follow recipes.
High School degree preferred. Experience preferred. Food background is a plus+. Bistro & Deli is open 7 days a week. Hourly position and will work with college students and their schedules.

Martin Wine Cellar Bistro and Deli | 714 Elmeer Ave., Metairie, LA 70005 and 3827 Baronne Street, New Orleans LA 70115: Assist and educate customers with selections of artisan cheese, meats, salmon, pate, etc. including food and wine pairings. Maintain the cheese, pate and meat case, prepare cheese for satellite store transfers, order products as assigned, etc. Includes cut, wrap and price items. Produce cheese plates and a variety of gourmet retail items. Responsible for daily opening and breakdown procedures, cleaning, sanitation, inspection, and inventory needs.
Experience and interest in gourmet food, meat slicing, and food and wine pairing. Food Safety certification a plus. Knife and meat slicer use is required for daily job performance.  Experience in slicing and knowledge of cheese is a PLUS.

Bistro & Deli is open 7 days a week.  Hourly position and will work with college students and their schedules.

Customer service with a smile is our priority. Strong multi-tasking skills. Eye for detail and accuracy. You will be responsible for assisting customers at the front counter of the Bistro & Deli. This includes running a register, taking lunch and dinner orders, wine by glass orders, assisting customers with To Go Orders, etc.
High School degree preferred. Hourly. Bistro & Deli is open 7 days a week. Looking for employees with open availability to fill various schedules. Will work with college students and their schedules. M-F day and evening shifts that end around 9 pm and Saturday/Sundays with earlier closing times.
