“This wine comes from Southeast France about 50 miles up the Mediterranean Coast from the Spanish border.
80% Chardonnay, and the rest is a combination of Sauvignon and Muscat d’Alexandrie. Aromas of citrus, minerals, and some white flowers. Light to medium-bodied. Beautiful citrus acidity keeps this wine lively and the Chardonnay grape gives some body and a little richness. Not oaky or buttery, but fresh and crisp.
This wine screams for seafood. A warm weather, porch or patio home run.”
