    Tikal Patriota Red Blend

    Mendoza, Argentina ($21.99)

    60% Malbec 40% Bonarda

A great Malbec blend with 40% Bonarda, which is almost like Argentine Zinfandel. Medium full-bodied but silky with tons of blackberry, blueberry and cocoa flavors.

Great with lamb dishes and chocolate.

Freeman Vineyard & Winery Ryo-fu Chardonnay

    Russian River Valley, California ($45.29)

An excellent example of Chardonnay in its true form. Bright green apple and white floral aromas make this a beautiful Spring/Summer wine. The winemaker, Akiko Freeman, has an excellent philosophy regarding the use of oak in her wine: Oak should be used as a makeup. Not too much, just enough to make the wine pretty.

    Pio Cesare Arneis

    Piedmont, Italy ($23.19)

If you want a wine to complement Springtime, this is it. Beautiful floral aromas, light pear and honeysuckle flavors and a soft, round mouthfeel from a short period of sur lie aging.

I recommend pairing it with a sunny day at the Fly!
